Best Tournaments Company specializes in the development of unique and singular sporting events. The founders and partners accumulate enormous experience and know-how in the management of multinational companies, as well as in sponsorship and event organization.
From October 27th to 30st, 2022, the School Football World Cup will turn Marbella into the capital of children’s soccer. Only teams from 30 schools in each of the 4 different age categories will be able to travel to Marbella to compete to be the first winner of the SFWC.
At the same time that the championship is taking place, the BTC Foundation will organize activities aimed at developing the knowledge of the young people and their training. Among the activities will be the reforestation of forests or the cleaning of beaches. We will also promote a contest of innovative ideas to promote the development of all these initiatives. Raising awareness of the sustainable environment is our main objective in this first edition.
In addition to the 4 days of the event we offer to combine participation with other activities before or after the championship:
- Visits to unique places such as Granada, Seville or Cordoba.
- Training and soccer clinics with de Real Madrid Foundation.

17,00h – Registration and accreditation collection.
18,00h – Opening ceremony of the tournament and oath of the athletes.
DAYS 2 and 3 (Friday and Saturday)

17,00h – Free time in the afternoon for activities.
DAY 4 (Sunday)
10.00h – Finals.
13,30h – Closing ceremony.

We will have the DAMA DE NOCHE complex in Puerto Banús as the main venue, where the best professional teams in the world carry out their pre-season.

Hotel Bluebay Banús 4*
The BlueBay Banús Hotel is located in the exclusive area of Puerto Banús, just a few meters from the beach and 7 km from the center of Marbella. The hotel extends over 28,000 square meters of lush and spectacular subtropical gardens, swimming pools and ponds that make the hotel an oasis in the Mediterranean.
Hotel Barceló Marbella 4*
The Barceló Marbella hotel is a cozy colonial style hotel, located in Guadalmina, one of the best and most exclusive urbanizations in Marbella. The spaciousness and brightness of its rooms, and the excellent services of the hotel guarantee an ideal stay. It also has a wellness center with gym, sauna, Turkish bath and solarium with Balinese beds.
Tournament Information
Registration fees
Each team participating in the SFWC will deposit a registration fee of 500 euros, which will be deducted from the final payment. Each school can register more than one team in each category.
What is the last date for registration?
The deadline for registration and payment of the registration fee is September 15th. Registration counts from the date we receive the completed registration form, along with a copy of the registration fee payment receipt. Teams that have registered and paid their registration fee first will be given priority when we reach the maximum number of teams in each category.
My School Info
All registered teams will have their own access to My School Info, where they can update their registration, place orders, fill in the list of participants, make payments and view their balance.
Age Control
All SFWC participants must complete the age check to participate in the tournament. To ensure that all participants are participants are valid to participate in the age category in which they are registered, a copy of a valid passport will be required.
Tournament Regulations
Categories
4 categories (U-10, U-12, U-14, U-16) with boys and girls between 10 and 16 years old.
Teams
Teams will be composed of a maximum of 15 players, plus technical staff. In order to add more participants, please contact us. Teams can be male, female or mixed.
Matches
Matches are 25 minutes long and each team will play a minimum of 8 matches throughout the tournament. All teams will reach the last day with the option to win a trophy.
Competition rules
Teams are divided into groups in each category, where all will play in a Round Robin system (all against all). The The best teams in each group will qualify for the GROUP A. The other teams in the group will qualify for GROUP B.
Cost of participation
Price: 395€ per person (players and technical staff).
The price INCLUDES:
- Transfer, Malaga – Marbella – Malaga. (From airport or train station).
- Full board accommodation in a 4 star hotel.
- Participation in the tournament.
- Activities organized by the BTC Foundation.
It’s NOT INCLUDED:
- Flights or trains to Malaga.
- Sightseeing or training, before or after the tournament.
If a team needs to arrive or depart outside the tournament dates (October 28-31) extra nights can be booked. For families and accompanying persons, we can assist with hotel reservations.
Important information about registration and payment
September 15th: Registration period closes.
September 30th: Deadline for first payment (50%).
October 1st: First day of registration for players and technical staff.
October 15th: Last day of registration for players and technical staff.
October 15th: Deadline for second payment (50%).
The registration fee (500€) will be deducted from the second payment. Payments must be in euros (€) and through bank transfer.
Important considerations
Prizes
Each player will receive a medal, and each team a trophy at the closing ceremony.
Accommodation
The entrance to the accommodation will be on Thursday 28th from 16.00 hours. Departure from the accommodation will be on Sunday 31st, until 14.00 hours.
If check-in or check-out at other times is necessary, please contact us. We reserve the right to move a team from their accommodation to another of similar characteristics, if necessary. The team manager, as indicated in the list of participants, is responsible for the behavior of the team.
Food
For participants with special dietary needs or allergies, this must be indicated on the registration form.
Transfers
The transfer to and from the airport or train station in Malaga to Marbella is included in the participation of the tournament. The transfer is exclusive for the teams, not for accompanying family and friends.
Insurance
All participants are insured in the sport activity. However, each participant is responsible for his or her personal insurance outside the field. Participants from countries that do not have a medical insurance agreement with Spain must have travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at contactme@betouco.com, and note your registration number. The registration fee is non-refundable.
In case that a player or staff member must cancel his/her participation, the cost of accommodations will only be refundable if the cancellation is made by October 15th at the latest. After October 15th, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
Due to the pandemic situation, Best Tournaments Company and the SFWC may cancel the tournament under the strict health recommendations of our government, national or local institutions. In this case, full payment will be refunded.
Neither Best Tournaments Company nor the SFWC is responsable for compensation and they’re also not responsible for any financial loss or damage that may occur due to events beyond the control of Best Tournaments Company and the SFWC, such as war, fire, flood, disruption of public transportation connections, governmental actions, strikes, or other similar circumstances.
